About TeeTime Golf Pass

Not a booking platform. A private membership — built over 34 years.

TeeTime is a paid, private membership of 60,000+ active avid golfers — an audience three decades in the making. When your course partners with us, you're not signing up for software. You're plugging into a customer base no course could realistically build alone.

The real asset

The membership is the moat. Your rate is the ticket in.

Any course can post a discount online. That's not what makes this work. What makes this work is what took 34 years and millions of dollars to build: a paid, opted-in membership of golfers who chose to join us. Members pay annual dues for the privilege of exclusive rates — which means when they book at your course, they're showing up with money in hand and intent to play.

Over 1 million members served since 1992. Cross-country travel. Cross-state discovery. A demographic curated round by round, decade by decade. That's the asset. Your course gets access to it.

What it would cost to build this yourself: Reaching 1,000 avid golfers through paid channels — Google Ads, direct mail, YouTube, PGA Show, print — runs a course $25,000–$50,000 per year, for 3 to 5 years before hitting critical mass. We've spent that every year, for 34 years. You get the audience that spend produced.

Who our members are — and why they're gold for your course.

TeeTime members are active, avid golfers actively hunting for their next round. They pay an annual fee for the privilege of exclusive rates at partner courses, so when they book a tee time they're showing up with money in hand — no upsell, no convincing. They cross state lines to play courses they've discovered through their membership. Your course goes from unknown to top-of-mind for a golfer who never would have found you otherwise.

Ready to book

Active avid golfers, in-market, already with a paid membership.

Cross-state traffic

Members travel across state lines to play new courses.

Discovery layer

They wouldn't have heard of you without TeeTime.

Zero cost to you

No fees, no rev-share, no software subscription.

"But we're already full."

That's exactly why now is the right time.

01

The queue advantage.

Even a full tee sheet has room for a deeper queue. In markets where two courses run full, the one with more golfers waiting sets the pricing terms — and captures the highest-value bookings first. TeeTime doesn't rescue empty tee sheets; it hardens the position of full ones.

02

Cyclical insurance.

Golf has always been cyclical. Nothing stays at 2020-boom levels forever. The courses that will dominate the next downturn are the ones building their audience today, while everyone else coasts. When conditions change, they'll have a pipeline. You'll be starting from zero on a shrinking budget.

03

Owned-audience asset.

Every golfer TeeTime brings you is a golfer your course now knows. Invite them back at your standard rate. Market to them directly for events. Add them to your database. We bring the introduction — the relationship becomes yours, permanently.

The math you're already doing

What a new golfer actually costs your course.

On a $65 round, with a 1.5:1 CAC and a standard first-visit incentive.

DIY Acquisition

You market. You discount. You wait.

TeeTime Partnership

We market. Member pays. You keep it.

Green fee$65
Marketing spend to acquire$0
Member rate ($20 below rack)–$20
Break-even on golferAlready achieved
Round 1 net $45
$40more per new golfer, in your pocket on round one — with a vetted, paying member who's actively hunting for their next course.

The $40 CAC assumption is generous to DIY. Real-world numbers in golf run higher — Google Ads targeting local golfers is $30–$60 per booking, direct mail is $50–$150 per acquired customer, Facebook targeting hits $80–$160 per booking after conversion. Substitute a realistic $60 CAC and DIY *loses* money on round one.

The first-visit incentive matches what TeeTime members already get. Same customer experience, radically different acquisition cost — because your course is now discovered inside a pre-cultivated membership instead of a cold ad campaign.

The differential compounds. When the TeeTime member returns at your rack rate (which they often do — they know the course now), you keep $65 with zero CAC. Under DIY, you're still betting on repeat visits to justify the round-one loss.

Why courses partner with us.

Three simple reasons courses have kept partnering with TeeTime since 1992: every round is genuinely new revenue, you keep control of pricing, and there's no barter or software to fight with. Compared to platforms that ask you to surrender foursomes or share a percentage of revenue, TeeTime's model is structurally different — you're paid for every round, and you keep 100% of the discounted rate members pay.

💰

Every round is a new golfer

Each offer is capped at one use per golfer per season, so every round on your tee sheet is a first-time visit from a paying member who'd otherwise never see your course.

Live pipeline, no ramp

You don't run the ads. You don't write the emails. You don't wait for a launch curve. Our members are already searching the TeeTime app for their next course the day you go live — pre-qualified, in-market, already paying to be here.

🤝

No barter, no fees

You don't surrender foursomes or pay software fees. You set your rack rate, keep 100% of the discounted rate, and TeeTime handles payment — no invoicing.

How it works, plainly.

You configure your package in our Build Your Own Package tool — enter your current rates, pick a Standard Partner or Featured Partner weekday offer, and pick one weekend offer. Members see your offer inside the TeeTime app, book directly, and pay through TeeTime. You get the round, the introduction, and the payment. That's it. No integration with your tee-time software required.

The exchange

The only ask: one Standard Partner offer available to our members.

To have access to our membership, your course needs to make one Standard Partner offer available to our members. That's the exchange — you set the rate and the availability window, we bring the golfers. Everything else is up to you.
